Job Summary:

We are seeking an ML Ops Specialist with strong coding expertise and deep knowledge of e-commerce application security, user engagement strategies, and AI-driven feature implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops), DevOps, and Cloud-based AI solutions. Your role will involve deploying, monitoring, and optimizing ML models, enhancing security, and improving user engagement through automation and data processing.




Key Responsibilities:

  • ML Ops & Model Deployment: Deploy, manage, and optimize ML models in production using MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, etc.).
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate ML pipeline provisioning and configuration.
  • E-commerce Application Security: Implement security best practices to protect user data, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO, and PCI-DSS standards.
  • Data Processing & User Filtering: Develop scalable pipelines for processing large-scale user data, segmentation, and filtering to enhance recommendations and user personalization.
  • Feature Engineering & New Updates: Design and implement AI-driven features for personalized recommendations, customer segmentation, and real-time analytics.
  • Performance Optimization & Scalability: Optimize ML workflows, automate model retraining, and ensure cost-efficient cloud usage.
  • DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and applications using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Programming & Scripting: Utilize Python, Java, PHP, and Bash for automation, data processing, and model integration.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Use tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and Grafana to track system health, model performance, and infrastructure security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and security teams to enhance ML pipelines and drive business growth.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ML Ops, AI, and DevOps for cloud-based applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, PHP, and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, SageMaker).
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce security, data privacy, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting ML workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
