Job Summary:

We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Professional to lead PR initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling media relations, corporate communications, regulatory paperwork, and international coordination while traveling to different branches such as Singapore, India, New Zealand, the USA, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with PR professionals and employees across 20 different countries to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of PR updates and communications for all international branches.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) registrations, paperwork, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies that align with the company's global vision.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communications across different regions.
  • Travel to company branches in Singapore, India, New Zealand, the USA, and other locations as required.
  • Attend meetings, represent the company at events, and ensure smooth PR operations across branches.
  • Handle client calls, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address PR crises effectively and develop strategies for brand reputation management.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all international branches.
  • Oversee PR-related paperwork, registrations, and documentation compliance across different countries.
  • Generate reports on PR performance, media coverage, and global PR activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and key industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for press releases, articles, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor PR strategies, and media coverage to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, media interviews, and public speaking engagements for company executives.
  • Support internal communications by ensuring employees across global branches receive relevant company updates and news.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure PR initiatives align with overall branding and promotional strategies.
  • Identify and leverage sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
  • Prepare talking points, speeches, and media briefing documents for company spokespersons.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure all PR activities comply with local and international regulations.
  • Track PR campaign effectiveness through analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in international public relations or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of global PR trends and media landscapes.
  • Ability to travel internationally as per business requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in PR tools, media databases, and content management systems.
  • Experience handling regulatory paperwork and compliance for multiple countries.
  • Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
